Mind Protector is a self-paced, online mini-course on mantra.

Mantra is a meditation practice that helps you control and protect your mind. Different from modern day affirmations, traditional sanskrit mantras consist of sacred sounds that have the ability to tune (raise/deepen) your energetic vibration, thereby serving as a tool to improve your mood, purify/protect your being from negative energy, and facilitate entering a deep meditative state.
